The problem that needed to be addressed was how can we improve travelers' experience during long layovers between connecting flights at airports? The solution would be to create an airline app that improves efficiency of travelers’ time and experience during layovers. An app that is informative, simple, and easy to navigate that allow travelers’ to see flight updates and different amenities offered.
